Art Attack Fredericksburg Paints the Town

Art Attack Fredericksburg filled the sidewalks downtown with art demonstrations on Saturday.

“The event is about making artwork in public and sharing it to promote yourself and our city’s creative community,” according to artattackfred.com

For the event, artists set up shop in the sidewalk along Caroline Street between Amelia and Charlotte streets. William Street between Sophia and Princess Anne streets.

Fredericksburg Police Department partnered with organizers for “Feet First in Fredericksburg.”

The project encouraged pedestrians to kick their shoes off and paint their feet on the sidewalks.
