Attain At Spotsylvania Town Centre Cuts Ribbon In Fredericksburg

FREDERICKSVILLE, VA — A new 271-unit Class A multifamily community opened Tuesday at the location of the former Sears store at Spotsylvania Towne Centre mall in Fredericksburg.

Bonaventure, an integrated alternative asset manager focused on development, construction and property management, broke ground on Attain at Spotsylvania Town Centre in April 2022. The goal of the project was to bring high-quality rental units to Fredericksburg's growing housing needs.

In addition to upscale interior design and state-of-the-art appliances, Attain at Spotsylvania Town Centre includes resort-style amenities, such as a pool with deck, an artificial turf recreational area, cabanas and an outdoor kitchen.
