Body Discovered: Teen's Injuries Likely From Fall Off Building
High school student was found dead beside a building on Park Center Drive early Thursday.

Injuries found on a body discovered in Alexandria on Thursday are consistent with a descent from a building, according to Alexandria City Police.
The body of a 17-year-old was discovered beside a building in the 2800 block of Park Center Drive. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation continues into the cause of death. A medical examiner’s ruling is still pending, but police noted that injuries were consistent with a drop from a building and no other trauma was identified.

On Thursday, school administrators identified the young man as a student at T.C. Williams High School. Parents were alerted in a note sent home, and grief counselors were at the campus Thursday to provide support, according to an NBC Washington report.
