Theft
On 10/19/2012 Deputy Moore arrested Michael Walls W/M 43 from Spotsylvania at Hard Times for Grand Larceny, Obtain Money under False Pretenses, and Sell Stolen Goods.

On 10/19/12 Deputy Trippett arrested Paul Douglas Chatham W/M, 49, Spotsylvania for grand larceny shoplifting from Belk.
On 10/20/2012, Deputy Morris arrested Kendall R. Wright, Jr. W/M, 20 of King George for shoplifting and underage possession of alcohol at the 7-11 Tidewater Trl.

On 10/23/2012 Deputy J. Weins arrested Jerome Foxx, B/M 37 of Spotsylvania for possession of stolen property, forgery, uttering, ID Theft, and obtaining money by false pretenses at Pick-A-Part on Jefferson Davis Hwy.
On 10/25/12 Detective Setti investigated a stolen property incident from a vehicle larceny. Christopher Sullivan W/M, 22 of Stafford was arrested and charged with possession of stolen property with intent to sell.
On 10/25/2012 Senior Deputy Carey arrested April Mauck, W/F 36 of Spotsylvania, at 4712 Plank Rd. for breaking and entering, possession of burglary tools, and assault.
Assault
On 10/20/2012, Deputy Wilson arrested Timothy Rose W/M, 50 of Spotsylvania for domestic assault, strangulation, and possession of Marijuana in the 5800 block of Queens Mill Cr.
On 10/22/2012, Deputy Coerper arrested Julio Gomez-Perez H/M, 21 of Spotsylvania for domestic assault and brandishing in the 11400 block Audrey Ct.
On 10/22/2012 Deputy J. Arndt arrested Aaron Smith-Carter B/M, 20 of Ruther Glen for petit larceny from Wal-Mart.
On 10/25/2012 Deputies Wright and Lamont responded to the Motel 6 to serve a warrant on Elizabeth Sheriff, B/F 30 of Spotsylvania, for an assault. During their attempt of service Elizabeth's husband, Christopher Williams B/M 33 of Spotsylvania, became belligerent and disorderly and interfered with his wife's arrest. Mr. Williams was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Narcotics
On 10/19/12 Deputy Boyd arrested Jonathan Andrew Masante-Stone W/M, 20 of Spotsylvania for possession of marijuana in the area of Spotsylvania Crossing and Plank Rd.
On 10/19/12 Dep. Griffith arrested Alec Som Phommasy A/M, 18 for possession of marijuana in the area of 5300 Jefferson Davis Hwy.
On 10/20/2012, Deputy Wine arrested Robert King W/M, 22 of Spotsylvania for possession of Marijuana with intent to distribute at the CVS Lafayette Bv.
On 10/20/2012, Deputy Morris arrested Justin L. McKenzie W/M, 24 of Spotsylvania for possession of Marijuana at the Magistrate's Office.
On 10/21/2012, Deputy Greene arrested Jessica Trimarche W/F, 20 of Spotsylvania for possession of Marijuana, and arrested Joseph Peters W/M, 21 of Stafford for possession of Marijuana and possession of Heroin during a traffic stop at Salem Church Rd and Leavells Rd.
On 10/23/2012 Deputy Tillman arrested Kavaughn Jones B/M, 25 of Maryland for Possession of Marijuana in the area of Arby’s on Jefferson Davis Hwy.
On 10/24/2012 Deputy Fuller arrested Sheri Chambers, 38, W/F of Spotsylvania and Charnita Fox, 29, B/F of Spotsylvania as a result of a traffic stop. Sheri was charged with Grand Larceny and Possession of Schedule II narcotics. Charnita was charged with Possession of Schedule II narcotic.
On 10/24/2012 Deputy Perkins arrested Bambi Henry, W/F 31 of Spotsylvania, for possession of schedule I narcotic, possession of burglary tools and unauthorized use of a vehicle. She was also charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of schedule IV narcotic.
On 10/24/2012 Deputy Buccola arrested Samantha Kay Franklin W/F 22 from Stafford for prescription fraud and conspiracy to commit prescription fraud.
On 12/25/2012 Deputy Buccola arrested Tyrece Branchcomb B/M 20 from Spotsylvania on 3 warrants for prescription fraud, 1 count of conspiracy to commit prescription fraud, and resisting arrest at the Econo Lodge.
On 10/25/2012 Deputy Buccola arrested Ceara Morris B/F 20 from Spotsylvania for possession of marijuana at Econo Lodge.
On 10/25/2012 Deputy Boyd arrested Joseph Boggs, W/M 18 of Spotsylvania, in the area of Giant Food Harrison's Crossing for possession of marijuana.
On 10/25/2012, Deputy Wine arrested Jackie Williams 26 W/M of Louisa for possession of a controlled substance (heroin) with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop in the area of Spotsylvania High School.
DUI
On 10/20/2012, Deputy Wilson arrested Donn R. Philpot, Jr. W/M, 25 of Stafford for DUI during a traffic stop at Courthouse Rd and Post Ln.
On 10/24/2012 Deputy Tittle arrested Charles Hall Jr. W/M, 28 of Spotsylvania for DUID, Refusal, Driving Revoked and speeding as a result of a traffic stop.
On 10/24/2012 Deputy Basil arrested Susan Day, W/F, 51 of Spotsylvania for DUID and Refusal as a result of a traffic stop.

On 10/20/2012 Deputy Boone arrested Sammy Lee Thorne B/M 57 from Port Royal in the 5000 Block of Jefferson Davis Hwy for Drunk in Public.
On 10/23/2012 Deputy Cairns arrested James Morrett W/M, 51 of Fredericksburg for Drunk in Public.
On 10/24/2012 Sr. Deputy Rickens arrested Kadijah Roberts B/F, 18 of Spotsylvania for disorderly conduct and destruction of property at Massaponax High School.
On 10/25/2012 Deputy Harney arrested Anthony Allen Ross W/M 28 from Spotsylvania for Drunk in Public at Plank Road and Taskforce Dr.
