Brandon Royce Hancock, 36

Brandon Royce Hancock, 36, of Spotsylvania County, went to be with the Lord Thursday, April 24, 2014, at his home.

Brandon was raised in central Kentucky, and was the son of the late Roy and Gwendolyn Hancock. He was a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University. Brandon worked as a paramedic hazardous materials officer for the F.B.I., and had been a volunteer paramedic at Chancellor Rescue Squad. He was a member of Grace Church of Fredericksburg. Brandon was a committed servant of Christ, a devoted husband, and loving father.

He is survived by his wife, Sarah G. Hancock; children, Gabriel Harrison Hancock and Mary Jewel Hancock; a sister, Kelsie Hancock-Cline; and four nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 7p.m., Wednesday, April 30, at Grace Church of Fredericksburg.

Interment will be private.
