Bullying when enough a enough

I am tired of watching events happening in my community which involves bullying ,neighborhood conflict with no resolution. My daughter is a honor students part of the Honor Society . Up until this point a excellent school record. Until bullying started at Massaponax high school. My daughter was being bullied she was shoulder check and humiliated on the school bus . When my child ask the bully why she was so rude. It became physical. My daughter defended herself . When Massaponax got involved my daughter having a clean record a good student was suspended. The other student who has a tarnished recorded did not get a punishment . Administration at Massaponax made my daughter sign a no contact oder . The other student has broken that twice now no consequences were handed out to that student . Today this student is on the school bus threatening to bash my daughter head in. The school HEAD resource officer says that is not against the law to threaten bodily harm to another person . My child doesn't have a issue defending herself. However,she has worked so hard to get to go to a great college. This other student has a very vivid school record . How is any of this fair . No wonder students take their lives in their own hands . No wonder these great students have to defend themselves, because the school system fails these student. Zero tolerance mean just that. Why is this other student allowed to bully and stay in a school were other student are trying to learn . Before my child this student bullied another student . And before that and I bet after my child . Her parents are not held accountable she is not held accountable. When is enough going to be enough . Things need to change period we need to follow through if a student isnt getting the point maybe they don't need to be with student whom want to follow directions. I Hold my children accountable if the shoe was on the other foot stick it to my child for bully. I do not like bully and my children no they better not there are consequences. I have no problem turning my child in trust me I have .
