More and more people are joining the fun of painting rocks and hiding them in downtown Fredericksburg. The creatively painted rocks come with a few simple instructions to keep the movement going. 1. Take a picture ~2. Post it to FB "The Burg Rocks!" ~ 3. Hide it or keep it. "One of the rocks I painted was found on Caroline street. It is going to travel all the way to Florida where it will be hid for someone else to find." ~Stacie Shurina.
The Facebook group was created just over a month ago and is quickly gaining interest. "This is such a great movement to be part of. I personally find it calming to paint, my boys love to hide the rocks and hopefully it brings a smile to someone who just happened to be walking along the streets of downtown Fredericksburg." ~Stacie Shurina
