Burglar Takes Medicine From Animal Clinic in Fredericksburg

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Well, it's one thing for burglars to break into an animal emergency clinic. That, in an of itself, would seem to mean the thieves (or thief) certainly are not animal lovers. But then again, as seemingly indicated in Wednesday's Fredericksburg Police report, maybe there are.

That's because, after breaking in to the animal emergency clinic at 1210 Snowden Street around 11 p.m. Tuesday, they didn't steal money. Instead, according to police, they stole. . .an undetermined amount of medications.

Graffiti:
1200 block Lafayette Boulevard, 5/9, 3:45 p.m. A patrol officer discovered that an unknown
person marked graffiti on a bridge along the VCR Trail. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Vandalism:
1000 block Hickory Court, 5/9, 8:00 p.m. A City resident reported that an unknown person threw
oil at her residence and broke her garage door. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
