STAFFORD, VA—A man was arrested Wednesday after trying to break into Chicas Deli Market at 432 Garrisonville Road, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. Hussein Jarrar, 19, of Stafford, was charged with attempted breaking and entering and destruction of property.

Shortly before 3:30 a.m., police responded to a business alarm at the aforementioned address. Officers heard a loud banging noise coming from the rear of the business, so they went back there and ordered the person to show himself before he did just that and then fled.

Police found significant damage to the back door of the business and began searching the area, where they found a silver shoe. Shortly afterward, they found him in the area of Mews Court and Onville Road. He wasn't wearing shoes. Soon thereafter, a K-9 unit found the matching silver shoe in the same area where Jarrar was found.
