Cheddar's Needs To Fill 150 Jobs At New Fredericksburg Location

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen is opening a new restaurant in Fredericksburg and is looking for people to fill the more than 150 jobs the restaurant will bring to the region. The new restaurant, located at 3722 Plank Road (Route 3), is scheduled to open March 23.

With more than 165 restaurants in 28 states, Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen is a homestyle casual dining restaurant. Cheddar’s offers every customer a free honey butter croissant on every visit. The menu features a variety of dishes, including hand-breaded chicken tenders that are fried-to-order, a hand-battered Monte Cristo sandwich and homemade chicken pot pie containing more than a half-pound of chicken.

Cheddar's is holding in-person hiring event at the 3722 Plank Road location from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Friday of this week. Available positions include servers, cooks and bartenders. The restaurant will continue accepting applications after this week's hiring event. Interested applicants can walk in to apply or apply online.
