Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen To Open In Spotsylvania: Report

SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY, VA — Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen is under construction in Spotsylvania County and is expected to open early next year, according to a report. The new restaurant will reside at 3722 Plank Rd. in the same shopping center as Gander Outdoors and Bed, Bath and Beyond.

Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen is known for being a place where guests can get "a lot for not a lot," the Free Lance-Star reported. According to the company's website, the restaurant chain specializes serving "made-from-scratch favorites in a welcoming place." Its menu offers food like Enjoy house-smoked baby back ribs, hand-battered country fried chicken, burgers and homemade onion rings.

The restaurant is slated to open early next year. Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen has locations in several states. The Spotsylvania location will be the company’s third in Virginia.
