The Class of 2015 Is Getting Ready To Graduate

It’s graduation season, and high schools in the city of Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania and Stafford counties will say farewell in June to the Class of 2015.

Here’s a schedule of graduation ceremonies in the region:

FREDERICKSBURG

James Monroe High School - 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Friday, June 12, at the Anderson Center at the University of Mary Washington.

SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY
(All high schools will hold graduation ceremonies in their gymnasiums.)

• Chancellor High School, 6300 Harrison Road, Fredericksburg - Saturday, June 6 - 9 a.m.
• Courtland High School, 6701 Smith Station Road, Spotsylvania - Saturday, June 6 - 12 p.m. (graduates should be in line by 11:15 a.m.)
• Massaponax High School, 8201 Jefferson Davis Hwy., Fredericksburg - Saturday, June 6 - 3 p.m.
• Riverbend High School, 12301 Spotswood Furnace Road, Fredericksburg - Friday, June 5 - 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
• Spotsylvania High School, 6975 Courthouse Road, Spotsylvania - Friday, June 5 - 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

STAFFORD COUNTY

(All graduation ceremonies are scheduled to take place on the morning of Saturday, June 13, on each school’s football field.)

• Brooke Point High, 1700 Courthouse Road - 8 a.m. (6 p.m. in case of unclement weather)
• Colonial Forge High School, 550 Courthouse Road - 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
• Mountain View High, 2135 Mountain View Road - 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
• North Stafford High, 839 Garrisonville Road - 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
• Stafford High, 33 Stafford Indian Lane - starts at 8:30 a.m.
