Coach Convicted Of Solicitation Charged Again In Spotsylvania
After he was convicted of six felony counts, Delvin L. Jackson of Stafford faces a new charge of taking indecent liberties with a child.

SPOTSYLVANIA, VA — A former high school track coach and security officer who was convicted of soliciting a minor for prostitution in Stafford County earlier this year is facing additional charges in Spotsylvania County, according to a report. Delvin Ladon Jackson, 38, of Stafford, is charged with taking indecent liberties with a child.
The charge stems from an alleged incident in April 2010 involving a 16-year-old boy at a Spotsylvania residence, the Free Lance-Star reported. The alleged victim, now an adult, came forward after hearing of Jackson’s earlier charges.
Jackson, who worked at Colonial Forge High School, was originally arrested in February on charges of soliciting a minor for prostitution, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. Investigators said he propositioned at least three boys who were students at the school in 2017 and 2018. All knew Jackson in connection with his coaching duties.
