Common Decency and Respect

♦ First and foremost, would any one of you allow any male to speak of your mother, your sister, your niece, your cousin in such crude and vulgar terms? After the latest videos surfaced, this candidate for the Presidency of the United States casually admitted this behavior. And justified it by saying they were "just words ... locker room banter." I've been in scores of locker rooms both home and away, and in gyms, campgrounds, and aboard buses. Never once have I heard such outrageous smut spoken about girls and women, as that which emanated from the mouth of this Skank ... on the floor of a Presidential debate.

♦ Let an old radical curmudgeon help you escape your echo chamber, introduce you an alternate universe, and help guide you onto paths of righteousness and light. Neither Evangelical minister, nor Catholic priest, nor Muslim imam, nor Jewish rabbi, nor Buddhist sanga would ever endorse such verbal filth. Donald-of-The-Thin-Skin systematically has insulted and alienated every constituent group in this country: Women above all, Mexicans and Latinos, Muslims and Jews, Immigrants, Prisoners of War, Disabled people, Foreign allies, Workers both specialized and lesser skilled, Journalists and the Media at large, College Students, and even a few dispeptic Old White Men (like me).

He has proven himself -- by his own words, deeds, and hair-trigger sensitivity -- to be a candidate manifestly unfit to run for any responsible elective office, let alone the Presidency of the United States of America. (see Matthew 15:11 KJV)

♦ Regarding Trump's business career: Dig deep into the weeds of this multi-billionaire's businesses. Yes... he created 30,000 jobs ... in China. But the Chinese have one-upped his act. They now outsource their own gulag child labor to the cheaper captive children of Inner and Outer Mongolia. These children earn around $13.00 per month for grueling work which involves mining, primitive prison-factories with locked doors, the child sex trade, and fatal organ "donations." (read reporting on Mongolia by US Departments of Labor, State, and CIA.)

♦ A classic Vulture Capitalist, Donald Trump guts the American labor force and middle class by buying up local companies, saddling them with unsustainable debt, and unloading them through successive bankruptcies ... all for obscene profit. He exports the machinery from
these abandoned plants to China, who reverse-engineer and peddle clones of the machinery all over the world. In an especially cruel twist, many of these so-called American companies export American workers to China -- or import Chinese workers into the US -- for a period just long enough to learn the necessary technicalities. The loss of the American workers' severance package is denied if they refuse to train their own Chinese replacement. The Donald brags about these practices "because they're perfectly legal." True enough. The United States Government, acting under its globaloney delusions of "Free Trade,” actually perpetuates this travesty by subsidizing it.

♦ I totally "get" the seething anger of inhabitants of the Rust Belt states, Kentucky, West Virginia, southwestern Virginia, and similar pockets of poverty, misery, and devastation in every region of this country. But these workers and their families have sorely misdirected their anger and frustration.

♦ Who do you think actually writes these laws, by and for their exclusive benefit? The faceless drones of the Federal Regulatory Agencies? NO. US congressmen? *-- essentially two-year reelection toadies –who suck up money from the next lobbyist at their door buying entry and influence? NO, and again, NO. (*A small Cabal of the fevered Republican right-wing, decided from Day One of President Obama's administration, systematically to obstruct each and all of his initiatives in order to deny his second term in office. At root, their major problem is his impudence of BPWB. (Being President While Black).

♦ NO, The Real Deal here are the few thousand multi-billionaires -- The Donald and his ilk -- who inhabit penthouse apartments high above Wall Street, Central Park, and other mansions of the most powerful executives all across our country. These people literally do not walk on the same ground as the rest of us. Class Warfare? You bet. Us (99%)vs Them (1%).

The Them" have nearly won. They're largely in charge. So Far . . .

♦ The Republican party's descent into the sewer began with Trump, the Original Birther. He worked diligently to delegitimize President Obama's American birth and citizenship. The Republican "leadership" projected apathy and covert approval of his years-long birther campaign, his misogyny, his racism, and his ever more grotesque behavior. Thus, they created this ghoul. The Ghoul now controls their party.

They lost that epic struggle … but so did our Country … so did we all ...

♦ Taxes? I won't even begin. Except to note Trump's remark how "smart" he was to have avoided perhaps three decades of paying ZERO Federal Income Taxes. Because "everything he did was completely legal" True again. Why? Because the Federal Government retains the unconscionable loss carry-forward provision and the estate tax. Both were designed by and for the mega-wealthy only. "Legal?" yes. "Ethical?" NO, and again NO.
