59-Year-Old Local Credit Union Officially Made Change on June 16, 2020
DAHLGREN, VA (August 11, 2020) – NSWC Federal Credit Union, an established credit union with a rich 59-year history of serving Naval Support Activity South Potomac (NSASP) and the Greater King George/Fredericksburg/Northern Neck region, is now Topside Federal Credit Union. Since the launch of the credit union in 1961 as NWL Federal Credit Union, there has been a singular commitment to exceeding members’ expectations through the delivery of high quality banking products, information, and service. As Topside FCU the credit union will continue to uphold those same standards with a refreshed mission, name, and look.

Existing members of the credit union will see virtually no change to existing services. Existing checks, debit and credit cards and account numbers all remain the same. The changes everyone will see beyond a new name and colors is renewed dedication to support and finding ways to say yes to member needs. The new tag line “The Views Better From Here” reflects a dedication to help member attain their goals.
