Dog Easter Egg Hunt Saturday in Fredericksburg
Let your best friend stretch his legs in this new springtime tradition.
Get the bunny ears out for your favorite pup (or pups) this weekend for the 3rd Annual Dog Easter Egg Hunt, hosted by the City of Fredericksburg Parks and Recreation.
The event will be at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Memorial Park, Kenmore Avenue. Registration is $5 for up to two dogs.
Half of the registration will be given to the Fredericksburg Regional SPCA.

Dogs need to be current on shots and healthy to participate. They must be at least 12 weeks old. A small dog area will be available for those under 15 lbs.
Register in advance. On-site registration will be available if space permits.
