Drug Overdose At Chili's Leads To Arrest In Stafford: Police

A man was arrested July 4 after a drug overdose outside a Chili's restaurant in Stafford Marketplace: Stafford County Sheriff's Office.

STAFFORD, VA—A man was arrested July 4 after a drug overdose outside a Chili's restaurant in Stafford Marketplace at 1030 Stafford Marketplace, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. James Richard Finley, 38, of Stafford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Shortly after 5:30 p.m., police responded to a report of an unconscious man at Chili's. They found a man being treated after being given Narcan, which is used in opioid overdose cases. Police found him in possession of a white powder he admitted taking before being found.
