Eleven Ounces of Pot Found After Traffic Stop in Stafford: Police
The driver slowed to 45 mph on I-95 after being passed by a state trooper, and a suspicious Stafford County Sheriff's Office deputy acted.

STAFFORD, VA — A suspiciously driving a little too slowly was pulled over Tuesday night on I-95 South and then found to have 11 ounces of marijuana in his car, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
Rahssan Jamar Watkins, 39, of Charlottesville, was charged with manufacture, sale and possession of controlled substances. He's being held without bond.
Around 9:30 p.m., a deputy was in the middle lane when he saw a Virginia state trooper pass a 2007 silver Buick, after which the car inexplicably slowed to 45 mph. Suspicious, the deputy ran the car's tags and found they belonged to man wanted in Charlottesville.

So he pulled it over, smelled marijuana, searched the car and found the pot.
