Carol Waite, the featured artist for May at Brush Strokes Gallery, supports that theory with “Nature's Spring: Birds, Blossoms & Butterflies”, her exhibit of Oriental brush paintings. Created using sumi—an ink-like substance made by mixing plant soot and glue from deer horn, the paintings will hang from April 30th through May 27th. Plus All-Member Show.
