Conquer Chiari Walk Across America 2011 is being held for the first time in Fredericksburg. At John Lee Pratt Memorial Park. Chiari is a neurological disease that affects 300,00 adults and children, however most are unaware of what it is and have never heard of it. C & S Patient Foundation is dedicated to raising money for research, education and hopefully a cure! Please come out and help support this cause.
