Please join Project Yoga Fredericksburg for a free 90 minute yoga class. This is a mixed level class that will be appropriate for beginner and advanced practitioners. Donations will be accepted and 100% of the proceeds will benefit Project Hope Virginia and the Mckinney-Vento Program, assisting the roughly 360 homeless students attending Stafford County Public Schools. The host facility has limited yoga mats and props that will be available. Please properly hydrate and have had a well-digested meal before the yoga class.
