Germanna Volkssport Association is holding a 5k and 10k walking event in Fredericksburg. Both walks will cover portions of the Canal Path with the 10k crossing the Rappahannock and passing Chatham Manor. This is a free noncompetitive fun walk for everyone. Walk at your own pace. Brats, sauerkraut and other refreshments will be available for purchase. Walk starts at the Hart Community Center, 408 Canal Street. Register between 8am and 1pm, finish by 4 pm.
