A fatal industrial accident at Spotsylvania's trash and recycling center elicited a police response on Thursday morning.
SPOTSYLVANIA, VA — A fatal industrial accident occurred at the Chancellor Convenience Center in Spotsylvania on Thursday morning, according to a report from the Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office.
Authorities have not identified the person or people who died. The sheriff's office said more information would be released when it was available.
Police were called to the trash and recycling center around 8:30 a.m. on Thursday morning. State and local investigators were also called to the scene.
