FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Wasn't is just, like, 20 minutes ago that kids were celebrating the end of the school year? Yeah, well, Alice Cooper's anthem already is more or less stale. It might not feel like it outside, but summer already has entered the backstretch and a new school year beckons.
