Fredericksburg Chamber Invites Students To 9th Annual STEM Summit
The Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce is holding its 9th Annual STEM Summit Saturday at Chancellor High School.
FREDERICKSBURG – The Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce is holding its 9th Annual STEM Summit Saturday, an event that brings together students, teachers, public officials and businesses from the region to experience science, technology, engineering and mathematics in action.
This summit will be held Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Chancellor High School at 6300 Harrison Road. All K-12 students in the Fredericksburg region are eligible to participate in the activities. The summit is free of charge and open to the public.
Attendees will have the opportunity to discuss cutting-edge STEM technology while visiting
some of the most innovative STEM-related booths in the region. The competitions and demonstrations will include 3D printing, a flight simulator, liquid nitrogen, Van De Graaf generator, vacuum pump and diffraction glasses.
