The Draft of the Local Bacteria TMDL Action Plan for the Tidal Freshwater Rappahannock River Watershed has been posted for public comment through April 24. The purpose of this document is to describe the City of Fredericksburg’s approach to reducing bacteria discharges from its MS4 for compliance with the MS4 aggregate waste load allocation (WLA) identified in the Bacteria TMDL for the Tidal Freshwater Rappahannock River Watershed.
