FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Coco is turning 1-year-old this week, and she thinks the best birthday gift ever would be a family to call her own. This gorgeous gal is thriving in foster care where she can stretch her legs out and play.

A shelter kennel was no place for someone with this big of a purrsonality. She lets you know exactly what she wants and when. She's got all the prim and proper sense of a tortoiseshell kitten and is ready to lord over her chosen queendom.

Coco loves to chat up a storm, so if you are looking for someone to share your day with, Coco would be perfect.
