Fredericksburg Residents Warned To Be Careful On Slippery Roads

FREDERICKSBURG, VA – Fredericksburg Police are warning residents to take extra precautions when traveling on Wednesday due to hazardous weather conditions.

The city public works department reported Wednesday afternoon there were several slick spots on roadways around the area. Public works trucks will be out during the day spreading salt and monitoring road conditions.

Residents are warned to be especially cautious around bridges, as they will likely re-freeze after dark.
