Fredericksburg Restaurant Inspections: Subway, Dunkin' Donuts

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Local health officials recently inspected food preparation and storage businesses in Fredericksburg. During the last week of inspections, officials found a total of 70 violations at 20 Fredericksburg-area restaurants.

Violations noted below — such as the 10 at Subway in Ruther Glen and the 7 at Family Pizzeria in Stafford — involve those issues that would typically require a re-inspection if not corrected or those that are more likely than other violations to contribute to food contamination.

"In our experience, it is unrealistic to expect that a complex, full-service food operation can routinely avoid any violations," according to Virginia Department of Health's website.
