New Weather Call For Stafford Schools; Fredericksburg No Change
NEW: Public schools in Fredericksburg and Stafford have made weather calls for Thursday.
FREDERICKSBURG, VA—Because of the inclement weather conditions, public schools in Fredericksburg will open two hours late Thursday. Stafford Schools, meanwhile, have gone from a delay to classes being canceled:
Per, the school system: "Employees are on Code 2. Liberal leave is in effect. Administrative offices will open at 10:00 a.m."
