Fredericksburg Weather: Snow Likely Beginning Late Friday Into Saturday
The latest forecast from the National Weather Service calls for anything from an inch to at least six inches through midday Saturday.

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Snow appears headed toward the Fredericksburg area late Friday night, with a high end of at least six inches and a low end of little more than a dusting, according to the latest forecast from the National Weather Service.
The winter weather advisory is in effect 1 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, and also covers most of central Virginia as well as the Charlottesville area.

- At least a dusting: 67 percent
- At least an inch: 58 percent
- At least two inches: 48 percent
- At least four inches: 28 percent
- At least six inches: 11 percent
Temperatures are expected to be in the mid 20s, with wind gusts up to 25 mph.
The NWS warns of snow-covered roads and limited visibility, and urges caution for all drivers.
