GEICO Adding 200 New Employees To Fredericksburg Regional Office By End Of Year

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — GEICO’s Fredericksburg area office is looking to hire more than 200 employees by the end of the year to work at the company’s large complex on Route 17. The new employees will work in sales and customer service, the company said Thursday.

The GEICO regional office in Fredericksburg houses more than 2,800 employees on a 44-acre campus. The office handles GEICO auto insurance, GEICO commercial auto insurance and the GEICO Insurance Agency.

The complex has a large parking lot and is also accessible on the FRED bus line.

A member of the Berkshire Hathaway family of companies, GEICO was founded 85 years ago. The company offers health, dental and vision coverage, paid vacation and holidays, parental leave, and continuing education and tuition reimbursement.
