George Thorogood Show Abruptly Canceled Thursday Night
No reason, other than "unforseen circumstances," was provided. The show was to have been part of Celebrate Virginia After Hours.

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Thursday night's scheduled George Thorogood and the Destroyers show was abruptly canceled minutes before it was supposed to begin.
No explanation was provided for the no-show at what was to be a part of the Celebrate Virginia After Hours concert series.
"Due to unforeseen circumstances, the show at Celebrate Virginia After Hours tonight with George Thorogood and the Destroyers is cancelled," said the post on Celebrate's Facebook page. "Refunds will be available at the point of purchase. For all those who ordered through TicketsToBuy.com, ticket refunds will automatically be processed. We apologize for the inconvenience."

Calls to event organizers were not immediately returned. Spokesman Adam Klein told the Free Lance-Star he couldn't speak to the reason for the cancellation.
