Ghost Walk This Weekend in Downtown Fredericksburg
Its the 32nd annual event hosted by the University of Mary Washington; features spooky actors doing spooky things at historical landmarks.

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Restaurant goers and bar hoppers might do a double-take this weekend in downtown Fredericksburg, especially after the sun goes down.
It's the University of Mary Washington's 32nd Annual Ghost Walk, hosted by the school's Historic Preservation Club tonight from 6-10 p.m. and Saturday from 5-10 p.m.
The tour begins at the James Monroe Museum, 908 Charles Street, and will stop at 10 historic downtown sites — where ghostly actors will be on hand at every one to weave a truly spooky yarn.

Among the stops: the Hugh Mercer Apothecary Shop and the St. George Episcopal Church.
Reservations can be made in advance at umwghostwalk@gmail.com or tickets can be purchased the night of the tour at the James Monroe Museum. The cost is $6 for the general public ages 13 and older; $4 for UMW students, UMW faculty and staff, UMW alumni and military; $3 for children ages 6-12; free for children age 6 and under. Groups over 10 are encouraged to make reservations.
