Gun Waved in Parking Lot Dispute Leads to Charges
Angry driver shows weapon instead of a finger or a foul mouth in road rage argument.

Even when upset with other drivers, maybe especially when upset with other drivers, it’s best to keep your concealed weapon concealed.
A Stafford woman told police she was pulling out of a parking space at the Westwood Shopping Center on Plank Road on Saturday afternoon. She reportedly heard a car horn and saw a black sedan behind her.
The victim “exchanged words” with the other driver, according to police. That’s when the driver of the sedan, a 21-year-old from Spotsylvania, allegedly raised his hand and displayed a handgun in a threatening manner.

Police were able to identify the suspect and he agreed to meet with police. The 21-year-old was charged with misdemeanor brandishing of a firearm and released.
