Hey, Is That a Camera? Very Identifiable Theft Suspect Caught on Camera
Fredericksburg City Police released a photo of a suspect in a wallet theft who looks right at the camera at St. Mary's Catholic Church.

Sometimes suspects know they’re being recorded. They’ll mask their face or turn away from the camera. Other times, the suspect is surprised to find the camera.
For example, Fredericksburg City Police is searching for a suspect accused of stealing a wallet Thursday morning at St. Mary’s Catholic Church on Stafford Avenue.
He left on foot toward Route 3, but not before giving a clear “What’s that?” expression toward the camera.
