Jacob Tyler Hudson, 23, of Spotsylvania County, passed away Thursday, Oct. 9, 2014 at the Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C.
Jacob left his earthly family to join the Lord after a lifetime of beating the odds of two birth defects to the amazement and pleasure of medical professionals, family members and all who knew him. Through it all, he seldom complained and almost always had an infectious smile that made you realize every day is a gift.
Jacob was a 2009 graduate of Riverbend High school and was a proud member of the REACH program at Chancellor High school, which he completed in 2013. He enjoyed the simple things in life; being with people, music, swimming, playing with the dog and attending church.
