James Monroe Women Outlast Woodbridge 55-51 in Holiday Tournament

Senior Albany-commit Keyontae Williams led all scorers with 21 points, as the Yellow Jackets improved their record to 3-1. James Monroe had a four-point halftime lead, and both teams paced each other in the second half, preserving that same margin of victory. Brianne Stephenson and Sierra Leacock paced the Jayem attack, with 13 and 12 points, respectively.

The Jackets will face Colonial Forge in the tournament's second round at 2 p.m.
