Man Accused Of Robbing Spa, Raping Worker In Stafford: Police

A man is accused of robbing a health spa and sexually assaulting a worker in Stafford County, authorities said.

STAFFORD COUNTY, VA — A man sexually assaulted a worker before robbing a spa in Stafford County on Wednesday, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.

On Thursday, investigators identified the suspect as 19-year-old Alan Davon Oliver. He has been arrested and charged with rape, abduction, and robbery with a weapon. Oliver is being held without bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.

If convicted of all charges, Oliver could spend the rest of his life in prison, based on Virginia's sentencing guidelines.

The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Mimi's Health Spa on Garrisonville Road. Spa employees told deputies a man sexually assaulted a worker, robbed the spa with a knife, and left.

Detectives interviewed witnesses and collected evidence that identified Oliver as the suspect, according to the police report. He was then taken into custody.

The Stafford County Sheriff's Office noted that the investigation is still ongoing, and more charges could be filed.
