Man Found Passed Out Behind Wheel at Intersection in Stafford: Police
When the traffic light turned green, his vehicle didn't move, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office, which found pot and gin.

STAFFORD, VA — A man was found passed out behind the wheel of a running vehicle Thursday afternoon at the intersection of Garrisonville Road and Salisbury Drive, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
Dane Marc Wisdom, 32, of Aston Court, was charged with driving under the influence and possession of marijuana.
Shortly after 3 p.m., police responded to a report of an unconscious man and found a red Dodge SUV that didn't move when the traffic light turned green. Police pulled in front of the vehicle and found him slumped over the wheel, after which he finally was roused after several attempts.

A search of his vehicle found an open bottle of gin and marijuana.
