Man Overdoses On Heroin In Stafford Government Building
A man was found passed out from heroin in the Stafford County Administration Building, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.

STAFFORD, VA — A man passed out in a bathroom stall from heroin use Thursday morning at the Stafford County Administration Building, 1300 Courthouse Road, was arrested on multiple drug charges after being released from an area hospital, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. Martin Carr was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He's being held without bond.
Shortly after 8:30 a.m., police and rescue personnel responded to a second-floor restroom for a man in apparent need of medical attention. Evidence of narcotics use was found. The man was given a dose of Narcan and became coherent after a couple of minutes.

He admitted to police he had injected heroin, and that syringe on the floor was the one he had used. He was searched, and police found a metal spoon, a plastic bag containing four white pills, a small amount of pot and a smoking device.
Once at the hospital, police questioned him again and asked whether he had other narcotics. He said he had hidden heroin in his genital area. He then reached into his pants and pulled out a foil packet containing heroin.
