Man Punches Cop in Face in Stafford: Police
A man involved in a domestic dispute punched a responding officer square in the face, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
STAFFORD, VA — A man involved in a domestic dispute slugged a responding officer in the face and then was Tasered early Saturday morning on Cynthias Place, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
Adrian Blue Dameron, 28, of Cynthias Place, was charged with assault and battery of a police officer, assault and battery of a family member and obstruction of justice.
He's being held without bond.

Shortly before 12:30 a.m., police responded to the residence and knocked on the door. A man calmly answered, took two steps toward an officer and then punched him in the face with a closed fist.
Another officer unsuccessfully tried to arrest Dameron, after which the cop who was punched Tasered him.
