Man Seeking Sex With 10-Year-Old Girl Sentenced to 10 Years
The Stafford man was undone by a sting operation, according to federal prosecutors.
ALEXANDRIA, VA — A Stafford man was sentenced Friday to 10 years in prison for trying to arrange a sexual encounter with a 10-year-old girl, according to U.S. Attorney Dana J. Boente of the Eastern District of Virginia.
Justin Franklin Clark, 28, also was sentenced to 10 years of supervised release and ordered to register as a sex offender upon release from prison.
According to court documents, Clark, who pleaded guilty June 29, communicated in April and May with an undercover agent advertising a 10-year-old girl available for sex.

Clark sent multiple child pornography videos to the agent while arranging to have sex with the girl in Washington, D.C.
