FREDERICKSBURG, VA — A Fairfax County man was arrested Wednesday night for shooting a man multiple times at the Hazel Hill Apartment Complex at the 100 block of Princess Anne Street, according to Fredericksburg Police.  Christopher Hardbower, 43, was arrested and jailed.    The victim, Geoffrey Barksdale, 43, of Spotsylvania Coutny, is being treated at Mary Washington Hospital.    <hr />Image via Shutterstock

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — A Fairfax County man was arrested Wednesday night for shooting a man multiple times at the Hazel Hill Apartment Complex at the 100 block of Princess Anne Street, according to Fredericksburg Police.
