Masked Stranger Approaches Elementary School Student Walking to Bus Stop in Stafford: Police
The student fled to the safety of a neighbor's house, and told the Stafford County Sheriff's Office the masked adult was in a red car.

STAFFORD, VA — Masked adult. Elementary school student walking to the bus stop. Masked adult walks toward student while gesturing. Spooked student immediately flees to the safety of a neighbor's house.
Creepy? You bet, and the Stafford County Sheriff's investigating the incident that happened around 8:30 a.m. Thursday in the Stafford Lakes Community along Village Grove Road.
The student told police the adult, wearing a ski mask, got out of a parked red car with dents on the driver's side fender.

The Sheriff's Office has added extra patrols throughout the area.
