Missing Fredericksburg Woman, 26, Last Seen On Feb. 23: Police

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Fredericksburg City police are asking the public's help in locating 26-year-old Morgan Leigh Painter, who was last seen around 3 p.m., on Feb 23, near the 1900 block of Augustine Avenue.

Police described Painter as standing 5-foot-4 and weighing 235 pounds, with long brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing an orange hat, light colored jacket with light colored backpack and dark colored jeans.
