Missing Spotsylvania Man Is Visually Impaired, May Need Help

SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY, VA — A 36-year-old man from Spotsylvania County is missing, authorities said. The missing man, Billy Ray Arthur, was last seen near the Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center on Monday morning.

Arthur is diabetic and visually impaired, according to the Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office. He has tattoos that say "Dirty," and "South," and another tattoo of a rose with $100 bills.

Arthur was last seen wearing a blue shirt, tan pants, and slide-style sandals. He is about 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds.
