STAFFORD, VA—Police are looking for a missing woman last seen 11 p.m. Sunday in the area of Basalt Drive behind Walmart at 11 Village Parkway, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. Toni McKenzie, 21, is described as mentally disabled, black, 21, 5-2, 85 pounds with black hair and glasses.
Anyone with information is urged to call police at 540-658-4432.
