A mob assault took a dramatic turn at a Stafford residence, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
STAFFORD, VA—Two people were arrested and another is being sought regarding a mob assault at an Owen Street residence Monday that left a man with minor injuries and wound up taking a couple of turns, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
James Richard Jacobs, 20, of Gordonsville, and Jeffrey Antonio Turcios, 19, of Dumfries, were charged with assault by mob. Still on the loose is William Edward Skinner, 23, of Dumfries, who's charged with assault by mob and brandishing a weapon. Other charges, including possession of a stolen vehicle and a burglary, are pending.
Shortly after 4:30 p.m., the victim contacted police and said he had spent the night at the residence with his girlfriend, Iris Esmeralda Ramos-Martinez. He stayed at the residence when she went to work, and they argued via text messages throughout the day, with her asking him to leave the residence and him refusing.

Ah, but when she returned to her residence, she brought along three men, with one waving a weapon. They beat up the boyfriend and quickly fled. Curiously, though, they left behind a vehicle that came up stolen out of Louisa County. They left behind enough evidence in the vehicle and in the residence to have warrants served against them, and were arrested Wednesday.
The girlfriend, Ramos-Martinez,was arrested on an undisclosed outstanding warrant.
