Murder Suspect Arrested in Stafford
Chancellor Tolliver is accused of first degree murder in shooting Sunday morning, according to Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies have charged a Stafford man in a fatal shooting early Sunday morning in Garrison Woods, according to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office.
Chancellor Tolliver, 20, of 150 Onville Road, is charged with 1st Degree Murder and Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony.
He was taken into custody after turning himself in Sunday evening. He is being held without bond in Rappahannock Regional Jail.

The victim has been identified as 33-year-old male Maurice Williams Scott, according to the Free Lance-Star
